Meet Concertiv's leadership team

Shane Torchiana
Chief Executive Officer

Shane has been the CEO and a director at Concertiv since June 2024 and has been an investor in Concertiv since 2019. Previously, he was the CEO and a director at Bird, where he grew the company to operate in over 500 cities globally and took it public on the NYSE. He was also the Board Chair at Maxsold, a leading estate auction company. Before joining Bird, he was a Partner with BCG in New York, leading Data and Analytics for Private Equity and Asset Management clients globally. He started his career with Morgan Stanley Investment Management as an investor in their global macro team. Shane graduated with an MFin from MIT Sloan, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Justin Saltzman
Chief Operating Officer & Director

Justin Saltzman serves as COO and Director of Concertiv, having been an investor since 2019. Prior to joining Concertiv, he was a founding member of McKinsey & Company's M&A group, where he led capital markets transactions and invested partner capital. Earlier in his career, Justin was an investment banker at Credit Suisse, completing over $1 billion in acquisitions and investments and advising on $25+ billion in M&A. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BBA from George Washington University.

Ankur Datta
Acting Head of Product

Ankur Datta is an accomplished product leader with experience driving innovation and growth at leading companies, including Google, Okta, and Quartzy. His expertise spans building solutions for businesses, consumers, and developers alike. Before his work in product management, Ankur honed his skills as a data scientist at FICO and Citigroup, where he specialized in developing machine learning models for risk and fraud detection. Ankur holds an engineering degree from the prestigious IIT Kanpur and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Outside work, he is an avid road tripper, aspiring chef, and budding golfer.

Mandar​ Deshpande
Chief Technology Officer

With nearly 27 years of experience in Global Capability Centers and Consulting, Mandar has a strong background in Financial Services and Insurance. At Fidelity, he spent two decades leading IT application delivery across Enterprise Risk & Compliance, Procurement & Accounting, and Human Capital Management, focusing on operational efficiency. Prior to Fidelity, Mandar worked in various roles within established IT services firms and a startup. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA in Product Leadership from PES University, Bangalore.

Tom Boran
Head of Data Practice

Tom comes most recently from Mizuho Americas where he was Head of Market Data Services.  Prior to that Tom has held similar positions at West Highland, Jefferies, Valore Partners, Citigroup, Bear Stearns/JP Morgan, Madura Associates and spent the early years of his career with Reuters. Tom has been in the financial services industry as a markets and data domain expert for over 25 years, bringing a wealth of Data knowledge, deep industry experience on both the buy-side and sell-side.

Will Lau
Head of Technology Practice

Will is a seasoned procurement executive, bringing more than two decades of experience in global financial services.  Prior to joining Concertiv, Will was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse and his roles included, Global Head of Strategic Partnerships and Vendor Management as well as Global Head of Technology Sourcing.  Throughout his career, Will has demonstrated a remarkable ability to partner with clients and drive sourcing and vendor strategies that deliver business value, innovation and cost savings. 

Patrick Cain
Head of Insurance Practice

Patrick is an insurance broker by trade with over 10 years of experience. Prior to joining Concertiv, Patrick was most recently a VP within the Sponsors Insurance practice at CAC Specialty. In this role, Patrick provided management and professional liability brokerage services to clients, with a specific focus on private equity and other alternative asset management firms. Patrick's experience prior to his time at CAC includes various brokerage and underwriting positions at firms such as Vanbridge, Marsh, JLT Specialty US, and AIG.  In these roles, Patrick focused specifically on procurement and advisory services for PE firms and their underlying investments and portfolio companies both in a retail and wholesale capacity. 

Jennifer Dzialo
Head of Travel Practice

Jennifer has proven success creating strategic supplier programs for some of the largest global travel management companies and their customers, including Travel Edge, FCM Travel Solutions and Corporate Traveler. With over 20 years in the industry, she has a diverse background including revenue management, client consulting and even luxury leisure programming. Her ability to combine analytics with industry knowledge and a vast network of influential contacts ensures best-in-class initiatives focused on results.

Jay Fox
Vice President of Customer Success

Jay has over 15 years of experience in B2B client success and product management and a passion for delivering value to clients and driving retention and expansion. Prior to joining Concertiv in June 2024, Jay was the Global Head of Customer Success at TRG Screen, a software solution for market data teams at large asset managers and banks.

Audra Ryan
Chief Financial Officer

Audra has held several senior finance positions in software and technology companies.  Before coming to Concertiv, she was theCFO at Athenium Analytics, a software company that provides workflow software and risk-management data and analytics solutions to the insurance industry. Prior to that she was the CFO at Crimson Hexagon, a SAAS social media analytics company focused on helping brands uncover insights from social data. At Percussion Software, a web content management software company, Audra held the VP Finance position for 11 years before moving into a client-facing position, running Customer Success.   Audra started her career as a financial statement auditor at EY.

Jason Streciwilk
SVP Product Management

Prior to joining Concertiv, Jason spent over 10 years with Anaqua, an intellectual property software company, where he held leadership positions within client and partner services. Most recently, he was Vice President of Product Management, where he oversaw the development of the company’s flagship product and the integration of synergistic products and services from acquired companies.
