Product Manager
Key Responsibilities

As Product Manager at Concertiv, you will play a pivotal role in shaping this vision of ours by delivering impactful product solutions within your area of responsibility.
Your key responsibilities include:
Strategic Thinking
- Align your work with the company’s strategy and contribute to market analysis and positioning within your product domain.
Analytical & Technical Excellence
- Create comprehensive specifications that address both core and edge cases while following best practices.
- Collaborate with design on user experience decisions and with engineering on data model design and system architecture.
- Leverage data to make informed decisions and drive product improvements.
Problem Solving & Customer Focus
- Validate design decisions through user testing and research.
- Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, balancing customer needs and operational processes.
- Make smart prioritization and tradeoff decisions to ensure timely and effective execution.
Collaboration & Communication
- Foster strong relationships with peers in Product, Design, and Engineering and build partnerships across other departments.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives with a collaborative and solution-focused mindset.
Leadership
- Provide context, clarity, and motivation to your team, enabling them to deliver their best work.
Scope & Risk Management
- Manage projects involving multiple features with some level of ambiguity and risk, delivering results effectively while mitigating challenges.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, technical understanding, customer empathy, and excellent communication to deliver impactful solutions and drive the success of the product.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: Has gone through at least a single cycle of product launches. A cycle is around 12-24 months where the PM has launched and iterated on a product in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Technical Acumen: Strong technical background and familiarity with SaaS architecture, APIs, and data-driven product ecosystems. Ability to dive into technical discussions and collaborate closely with engineering.
- Strategic Thinker: Exceptional ability to think strategically about complex problems, identify new market opportunities, and translate them into actionable product goals.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., SQL, or similar) and metrics-driven product management.
- Customer-Obsessed: Deep understanding of customer pain points, ability to empathize with users, and committed to enhancing customer experience.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, capable of influencing stakeholders and collaborating across teams at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering); MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
